SORTING OF SEEDLINGS

Candidates:  Men, women and married couples. Age up to 58 years.

Work schedule: Mon - Sat. One shift: from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (it is possible to work longer). Work 10-12 hours a day.

Accommodation: approximately 3-5 people live in the rooms. Payment for communal services is PLN 350.00 per month. Transfer to work PLN 50.00 per month.

Type of employment contract: Umowa zlecenia.

Necessary documents: visa from 1.5 months. Visa-free employment is possible.

Responsibilities

• Sorting of cuttings by size (thickness calibration and stacking).
•  Planting cuttings in pots.
•  Stacking flower pots on carts.
•  Moving carts with pots to the warehouse with seedlings.

Additional Information

• The workplace has a canteen for workers, separate bathrooms and changing rooms for men and women. A kettle and a microwave are provided.
•  Indoor work.
•  Your work clothes should be comfortable.
•  The temperature in the room is from 15 to 22 degrees.
•  There is an hour of unpaid break during work. There can be 2 breaks of 30 minutes or 4 breaks of 15 minutes.
•  A medical commission is required - 60 zlotys from the salary.
•  The company has rules that must be followed.
•  The city has a ski resort "Kurza Góra" (you can go skiing on Sundays).
•  Arrival for registration in the city of Gdansk.
•  It is possible to go to work immediately by delegation for citizens of Ukraine, or after obtaining a work permit in 5-7 working days.
•  Work experience is not required. Everything will be taught.
•  Good physical shape, manual skills, good eyesight, conscientiousness, ability to work in a team, dedication to work, good health.
•  Knowledge of the Polish language is not required.
