Salary: Fixed 3490 PLN gross/month for 168 hours/month

Overtime: +50%; night overtime & Saturday work +100%

Bonus: Up to 15% per full month (up to 324 PLN)

Night shifts: +20%

Accommodation: 450 PLN/month (3–4 people/room)
