3. Description of Services

- processing Employer enquiries and informational messages
- enabling users to access Employer contact details where cooperation is possible
4. User Obligations
4.1. The User agrees to use the Site lawfully and in good faith, without infringing the rights of other Users, Employers, third parties, or the Site, including intellectual property rights.
4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information and must not disclose it to third parties.
4.3. The User must not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Site, including but not limited to attempting to access source code, uploading malicious software, or unlawfully collecting Personal Data of other users.
4.4. The User must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
5. Site Responsibilities
